Chris Hopkins Biography Chris Hopkins Artist Chris Hopkins has won national recognition as the Official Theme Artist for Operation Desert Storm's Homecoming celebration. He was also commissioned to do special edition paintings to honor Desert Storm and Vietnam veterans. Chris' work was included in the NFL's Super Bowl Silver Anniversary exhibit and has been shown at the White House, as well as the Library of Congress.
