Jim Clark was called into the ministry in 1954. After graduating form New Orleans Baptist
Theological Seminary , he pastored Baptist churches until 1970, and, upon receiving the
Baptism of the Holy Spirit, left the denominational church world. He has taught,
traveled and pioneered churches, in addition to founding and pastoring New Roads
Charismatic Church in New Roads, Louisiana for 16 years. Jim also founded Ministers
Training Institute in 1978 and directed it until 1996. He is now in full time
Apostolic Ministry, with responsibility for 37 churches, "fathering" pastors and
working with the Gulf States Pastors Fellowship
